Türkiye's producer organization, SÜSBİR, also spent 2024 with a higher intensity of activity than expected.

It would be more accurate to say that the sector has survived 2024. The ongoing economic contraction in 2023 led to the postponement of growth targets in the landscaping and plant sector, and expectations were scaled back, leaving little to say beyond good wishes.

The realistic assessments of the situation by industry players didn't mean they weren't looking for new opportunities, and the sector finished 2024 with increased export figures. Like plant exports, landscape contracting has become the sector's international reach. Detailed figures will be included in the 47th issue of Floraplus Magazine.

Meanwhile, Türkiye's producer organization, SÜSBİR, experienced a much more intense activity in 2024 than expected. It carried out significant efforts on topics such as resource-generating training meetings, plant nutrition training, finding solutions to export challenges, and arid landscaping, which it brought to every production region.
