Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality will increase the 79 km bicycle path to 150 km in 2025.
The bicycle paths completed in Gaziantep provide an alternative transportation option to areas such as schools and residences in the city center, while also providing safe riding opportunities in parks and along traffic lines.

Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality, while encouraging cycling, has provided 40 bicycle parking spaces to ensure uninterrupted access and has trained 74,355 people on responsible cycling. It has also gifted bicycles to citizens from various professions, especially students.

The GaziBis system has provided 107 shared bikes and small repair stations at seven different stations. Usage data is also collected through two bike counters placed along the bike path.
