Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Solid Waste Regular Storage Facilities, which were established to dispose of solid waste without harming the environment and include it in recycling processes, ensure the disposal of an average of 840 tons of waste every day.

The plant also produces flowers using waste heat, adorning the city. By processing incoming waste in the facility's recycling facilities, approximately 4,900 tons of waste are recycled annually, contributing to the economy.

Recycling processes not only protect the environment but also enable it to be converted into economic value.
