Agenda Setting<\/strong><\/p>\n ELCA continues its work during the 2024-2029 European Term, setting the agenda for European institutions. It remains committed to the EU Green Deal agenda. Climate and biodiversity are two key elements of this Deal and are closely linked to nature-based solutions. Meanwhile, the EU Nature Restoration Directive, part of the Green Deal, has entered into force. ELCA also serves on the expert group advising the European Commission on its implementation. Furthermore, ELCA responds to public consultations on topics such as the Evaluation of EU Public Procurement Directives, the EU Water Resilience Strategy, the EU Affordable Housing Scheme, the EU Cities Agenda, the Bioeconomy Strategy, the Skills Union, and the Roadmap to Nature Loans.
